Our trainers are highly qualified and certified. They have an extraordinary knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and exercise science. They are involved in exercise prescriptions and instructions by screening, assessing, educating and provide a personal program design specifically for you the client. We motivate our clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to our clients. our trainers also measure our client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
