Class Description

​Boot Camp - Complete fitness Boot camps classes are one hour, and each class includes interval cardiovascular routines and strength training using free weight, bands and other equipment, plus floor work which includes core training and foam rolling for myofascial release which can improve flexibility, function, performance and reduce injuries. These Boot Camps are motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential! Come and make new friends and become a part of making a better body for you. You get everything you need.



Interval/Circuit Training - If you want to lose weight, get toned, or stay fit, this class is for you. This class offers muscular strengthening and endurance workouts for both the upper and lower body. Core stability is one of the main focuses in the class.  Through the use of bands, hand weights, dynadisc, bender balls, floor work exercises and more, this class is guaranteed to make you sweat and will help you get stronger and leaner while improving your fitness.  Need to register in advance.



Total Body Strength & Conditioning- Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This class tones upper and lower body resistance using weights, TRX and your own body weight. All-levels. 

Functional Fitness Training - Functional Fitness Training is a workout that is designed to improve fitness, strength, endurance, and body composition by motivating you above your normal ability. The Functional Fitness Training is a High intensity workout with a measurable set goal.  The training will involve a set amount of work or a set period of time. Example: How long to 20 reps or how many reps in two minutes. The workout will be based on functional movements with proper form and technique taught at the beginning of the class. Subsequently there will be one or two challenges that any fitness level can attain. Modifications will be made for any beginners, experts or injuries. The workout will be posted in advance so that you will know what to expect and you will get a result so that you can monitor your progress.Pilates
